Event ID 8, Source crypt32: “Failed auto update retrieval of third-party root list sequence number”

Summary of Issue

The crypt32 event ID 8 event can litter your event log.  If you are just looking at critical errors you may also miss crypt32 event ID 7 that states a successful auto update.

2. Find event ID 7 stating a Successful auto update
